Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Tor started his filmmaking journey in 2020 during the Covid lockdown. Since then he’s stayed busy behind the camera, having worked on numerous narrative, documentary, and commercial shoots, with a specialty in underwater camerawork.

When approaching a project, he seeks inspiration from a wide variety of creative mediums, including photography, painted artwork, music, and live theatre. These help create diverse cinematic styles that are tailored to suit each individual project.

Completing his BFA in Cinematography from DePaul University in 2025, he cherishes the opportunities this work gives him to tell people’s stories.

Now located in Los Angeles, Tor continues to connect and collaborate with other passionate filmmakers, artists, and storytellers from around the world.
